Entering Analytical data with reports to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Preparation of Monthly Lab Report. • Ensure the Test schedules for Samples from Different Process location are Completed for the day and update the status to the Superintendent in day Meetings.
• Review and evaluate Chemistry test results of the samples and ensure reporting it accurate and reliable.
• Record and report test results to Supervisor.
• Coordination with Control Room to unstable results.
• Entering Analytical data with reports to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Preparation of Monthly Lab Report.
• Responsible for providing recommendation and support for the laboratory budget, consumables, equipment and purchasing of Chemical & Glassware to the laboratory manger and Supervisor.
• Maintain all Documents as per ISO Guidelines.
• Coach and train technicians and assistants as required.
• Ensure the Proper Sampling Management System
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure and Provide Training to team members to ensure all SOPs.
• Ensure to follow Preventive maintenance and preparation of instruments is on track, to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical expertise in Laboratory operation to support departmental and operational activities. To establish and develop guidelines and procedures according to the best international practices as needed for laboratory accreditation.
• Ensure safe handling, maintenance, and usage of lab equipment & highly Safety conscious
• Troubleshoot instrument fault.
• Coordinate with Supervisor regarding Instrument Faults

• Performs all testing required in Stimulation, scale squeeze, Hydraulic fracturing Jobs.

• Monitoring of Acid Concentration, pH, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Barium in Production Fluid during the Acid Flow Back
• Monitoring of Barium Concentration, pH in Production Fluid during the DTPA Flow Back
• Continues Monitoring of phosphonate Concentration in Production Fluid during the Scale Squeeze Treatment to identify Scale inhibitor solution into a producing formation and fixing the inhibitor in the formation.
• Solubility Test for Scales in Different type of Chemicals.
• Participate in Laboratory Trail to Xylene & Diesel Jobs for removing paraffin wax build –ups in Oil wells.
• Optimization of the Corrosion Inhibitor.
