During my tenure with the Murex (MXML) team, I played a pivotal role in addressing and resolving production challenges,specifically focusing on interfaces and workflows
Successfully rectified issues related to trade processing and debugged trade import failures as part of my coreresponsibilities
Demonstrated expertise in back-office operations, particularly in post-trade workflows, emphasizing tasks related tocontracts, deliverables, and exchange processes
Ensured seamless trade processing for various interfaces such as Bloomberg, CFIS, UBS, ADD
Applied a proficient understanding of MXML tasks and utilized formulas including XSL, XSLST, XSLTREE, XMLF,and XMLFBM
Collaborated in a client-facing role, coordinating with the Europe office to support End-of-Day (EOD) runs and resolvecritical incidents within strict timelines
Elevated issues to the Murex support and higher-level development teams for further assistance as required
Provided support for maintaining the Murex application and assisting end users
Accountable for release deployments and tracking in production (JIRA) as owners of the application server
Deployed CTT and designed workload (UC4 – scheduling tool) in both non-prod and production environments for bugfixing and enhancements
Demonstrated a strong grasp of requirement understanding and domain knowledge in investment banking and capitalmarkets
