- Streamlined the process of Shadow audits from excel to real time quip spreadsheets that developed transparency among the auditors which in turn resulted in a positive shift in accountability and eliminated misses on deadlines.
- Volume Reduction included detecting, analyzing and reporting numerous duped contacts from identical selling partners in the Ops escalation queues. This resulted in PRA Ops CONTRA Bulk spam program that auto resolved the identified contacts and eventually reduced the volumes in escalation queues by 32%.
- Initiated and implemented Weekly Bin-check Project Defect Analysis report that audited escalations from internal stakeholders which could have been avoided in the Bin check project. This proactive audit for the Bin-check entries identified defect patterns resulting in improved guidelines for the investigators reducing escalation defect rate from 4% to 2.2% in one quarter.

- Handled incoming Ops volumes across nine queues that included reported selling partner abuse, proactive selling partner abuse, selling partner appeals, buyer abuse, buyer appeals, escalations, repeat contact management, truster seller queues and activism SH management.
- Proposed and implemented a bin-check Criteria for EEMO Insert reports (which is a part of the SOP for over three years now) where the contacts that require a bin check must be transferred to the Ops escalation queue to avoid duplicates and false positives thus exponentially improving cost cuts and yield rate.
- Paragon Tool Improvement- Detected gaps in Seller's language of preference among the blurbs sent (Amazon Signature and Subject lines were not changed according to the Seller's LOP)
- Detected new MO in Paid reviews by observing a new trend among paid reviewers in relation to Amazon Gift Certificates. Conducted a Deep Dive, submitted the data to CT business and upon approval added the trait to PRMO SOP which actively contributes as a deciding factor for over 4 automated rules of review suppressions and passively for related seller enforcement
