Combined Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Managed end-to-end execution of high-rise and residential projects totaling over 13 lakh sq. ft.
• Executed and supervised RCC structural works, including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
• Delivered plastering, tiling, architectural finishes, and external development works as per specifications.
• Coordinated with architects, structural & MEP consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Controlled project schedules, manpower planning, and work sequencing to achieve milestones.
• Ensured strict quality control, safety compliance, and statutory adherence.
• Acted as single-point site in-charge from execution to handover.

• Executed civil works as per drawings, specifications, and approved BOQs.
• Prepared and verified RA bills, measurement sheets, and quantity take-offs.
• Maintained billing records, abstracts, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinated with consultants and client representatives for measurement approval and bill certification.
• Supported cost control by tracking executed quantities vs BOQ provisions.
