The Special Education Teacher plays a vital role in providing individualized education and support to students with diverse learning needs and abilities. I create and implement specialized instructional plans to accommodate the unique needs of each student, fostering their academic, social, emotional, physical, mental and behavioral development.

• I also have an experience working with students with disabilities in a classroom setting with knowledge of special education laws.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate students' academic progress, skill development, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to develop and implement consistent behavior plans and support systems.
• Provide differentiated instruction and support to address academic, cognitive, behavioral, and communication needs.

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
