• Develop and design of electrical system and construction installation documents for base building and tenant interior system on commercial, retails, mixed use, residential and provide engineering support for projects to our team leader/ Project manager.
• Perform light fixture and device layouts.
• Perform branch circuiting design on plans and schedules.
• Perform fire alarm initiating and notification device layout.
• Preparation of electrical and fire alarm support sheets such as coversheets, riser diagrams, schedules, details, house panel, schedules, lighting fixture schedules.
• Perform engineering calculations for projects, such as lighting loads, electrical loads, equipment selection and sizing, grounding, energy calculation, COMcheck calculations (area and fixture count).
• Gather and request specific information from other design disciplines (Mechanical and Plumbing necessary to move forward and complete the electrical design on schedule.
• REVIT MEP and working knowledge of electrical designing, lighting design, power design, generating panel schedule, tagging, calculating and scheduling & fire protection.

• BOM — Earthing, Power & Control cables, Motors, Cable tray, Lighting fixtures, other related items, Material requisition & Purchase requisition.
• Dealing with Busbar Sizing, Routing & selection of Circuit Breakers.
• Looking after PMCC/MCC, distribution board sizing, selecting components (ACB, SFU, MCCB, MPCB, Contactors, 0/L relays) cable scheduling including selection 1.1INcable for power distribution.
• Tendering& costing of a project, Evaluation on technical and commercial bids. Correspondence with client for document/drawing approval.
• Floating of purchase enquiry to vendors for techno-commercial offers of various items Study and approval on documents/drawings received from vendors.
• Techno-commercial discussion with vendors regarding procurement of various items. Vendor follow up for timely delivery of material and other issues
• Coordinating with suppliers, reviewing the technical specifications & reporting the same.
• Inspection of various items (Distribution transformer, Power & Control cables, PMCC/MCC panels, Motors, Earthing material etc.)
• Ensuring effective management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
