Responsibility:
• Analyzed tickets and provided resolution within a time.

• Leading the IDOC clearing team.
• Experience in IDOC’s on SAP HANA for Outbound/Inbound Production Order Data to/from MES System.
• Handling SAP PP Incidents and Service Requests in BMC Remedy to make sure SLA’s met as per the defined guidelines.
• Identified and addressed recurring issues, providing comprehensive root cause analysis. Achieving a 50% reduction in incident ticket count per day.
• Have adequate knowledge of PP Master data concepts like material master, Bill of Material, Work Center, Routing and Production version.
• Have worked on various issues related to Planned order, Production order and Batches.
• BMC Remedy ticketing tool, Support ticket handling and resolution within SLA.
