● Coordinate with team members to Receive material from logistic team.
● Warehouse implementation, Material flow ,packaging development process.

• Responsible for daily Sign-Off & FTTQ
• Monitoring the production process and taking positive actions.
• Down time calculation and Monitor production Losses to Report management on time
• Adhere to Time & Data Management to promote, support, and coach a continuous improvement mindset and activities in the team.
• Responsible for SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, Environment) metrics across the line.
• Monitoring equipment status on daily basis.

• Assure Startup & Close-out verification / confirmation tasks. (5S, Skill Level)
• Achieve production target on hourly basis.
• Develop work Instruction / standards and coach the operators to reduce variability in process
• Make and improve for tools, fixtures, machines, automation
• Balance line, analysis for Cycle time and Tact times
• Coordination with engineers / leaders to develop maintenance plans for equipment, machines to make sure production runs smoothly during working time.
• Coordination with downstream customers & coordination with supplier to continuous improvement with smooth flow
• Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development by using 4M
• Quality defects analysis related to Production and take counter measures for same on daily basis.
• KAIZEN activities for process development &Productivity improvement.
• Daily morning meeting to associates for production success& failure, EN changes, Quality concern, Production targets, manpower deployment.
• Manage the man, machine and material effectively for maximize the OEE
• Feedback to operator for inline defects and providing Systematic solutions to avoid Re-occurrence
• Hands on experience in Trim Line process and repairs
• Identify Poka Yoke where possible to prevent errors for safety critical process
• To analyze the defects through root cause analysis through 4M technique and 5Why ,7QC,8D Methodology
• Monitor break down, material shortage, tool and equipment problems and share consolidate data to respective department to repeated break down issues
• To keep a keen watch on unsafe conditions
• Ensure OS&D (Rejection) management to achieve monthly targets
• Effectively follow HIVIS & GQMS System with no deviation.

• Assembling parts to vehicle (Wiring harness, seat belt, brake, clutch, Acc pedals, head liner, instrument panel)
• Knowledge of Assembly process, Iso Standards, Safety Critical process controls, part functions, Process flow
• Hands on experience of Air gun, clutch tool, Dc tools, Torque wrenches, Manipulators handling, All manual tool
• Expertise in Major Reworks, Repair standards, New tools & jigs development, Contingency plan, 5s
• Skills in using Electrical Equipment and machines (Dtc ,Key coding, Ecos, vcos, scanning, hivis, Qls)
• Safety near miss, Error proof ,Rejection clearance, Aging clearance, Tools repair and maintenance
