• Leading and contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of various cloud services of an eDiscovery system, such as Data Management Service, Crawler, etc.
• Leading and mentoring a team of talented software engineers who were well-versed in delivering exceptional services and end-user experiences.

• Responsible for building 'Social Media Connectors' and 'Agent Assist Platform' for Customer Care and Customer Experience Cloud services from the scratch, with major contributions to the architecture, design, development and testing of the product owned.
• Hiring, leading and scaling a very high performance and results oriented engineering team.
