- Prompt responding to the malfunctions in train, ensure their efficient management and clear the blockage on the mainline within least possible time.
- To Carry out shunting and train preparation duties as required to deliver the maintenance and service plan.
- Provide real-time information updates to Train Operations Manager on performance and safety related matters.
