Lead - North Asia Central Operations (Growth and Ops) (2B USD Market). Added 27M+ USD in gross bookings and 6M+ USD in profitability

  • Leading Business Ops in North Asia Central team (Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan)
  • Working with Country GMs and Growth leads to aligned on strategic execution plan to turbocharge growth
  • Leading Functions - Driver Growth and Strategy, Marketplace Incentives, Financial Planning, Quality and Compliance ops
  • Product ops launch lead in North Asia - launched various product resulting in addition of ~22M USD revenue. This includes working with global product teams to priorities some of the product for North Asia and India basis business cases (Driver and Fleet app rehaul)
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion

Senior Manager - India SA New Supply - Cental Ops and Strategy

  • Led India SA Supply acquisition strategy for Cars , Auto and Moto with USD $18M+(100 cr+) annual budget. Working with cross functional stakeholders (CXOs, Business teams) to make road map and actions items to achieve targets
  • Led Network expansion of New supply acquisition in India (1000+ Point strong network). Working with Multi Region leadership team to shift to asset light model from fixed cost resulting in USD 5M+ dollar savings annually
  • Led Funnel improvements projects with global product teams for India SA to improve conversion ratios od demand and supply. 5pp+ improvement through product interventions
  • Led fraud control projects for India SA with annual savings of USD $2M+

Manager - Uber Moto Category Launch and P&L

  • Launched multiple states India across products - Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, EV product in Delhi NCR, Karnataka and Bangladesh expansion
  • Led P&L for Telangana, Bangladesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka for Uber Moto category - biggest Moto markets in India SA. This involves $16M+ annual revenues
  • Led Moto Marketplace and Supply operations in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand in 2019 with $7.5M+ annual revenue
  • Led Uber Moto Recovery Strategy team for India SA post Covid. Got opportunity to build Uber India SA business from scratch with Net Revenue improvement by +230% and turning business into +ve revenue intake
  • Launched Uber delivers in India within 10days of Lockdown. Big Basket was the first client. Scaled Uber delivers to $2.4M annual run rate
  • Made Uber Moto Net Inflow positive in Jaipur. Only city to achieve this without scaling down the trips. Net inflow improved by $1.1M/Monthly
  • Grew Uber Moto by 5x from significant base of weekly trips while spending lowest money in India
