  • Prepare Annual budget (OPEX and CAPEX) for Facility-related expenses and monitor expenditures to ensure they stay within approved limits (Technical R&M, AMC, Utilities).
  • Plan and execute infrastructure related projects such as renovations/expansions within agreed timelines/budgets while coordinating with internal stakeholders/vendors.
