• Apptio, Cloud base Vendor Management application which is migrated from on-premises to cloud integration.
• Byte, Byte project is fetching data from a mercury site on hourly basis stored in a production with date stamp and trigger the SSIS package to process that file and load to the SQL database. (Decommissioned in Jun 2021)
• MRO Project, It was the manual data upload process based on Excel VBA and it was time taking process, after implementation of MRO project load process in SSIS it reduced the data upload process and accuracy level of data also it is file watcher job (Event base trigger). If file is available at specific folder the SSIS job trigger for load file to database.
• MRPOC Project, Automated the audit process and upload data in SQL Database with batch processing and SSIS to create a reporting template.
• EC Distribution Tool, The Estimated capital distribution process was very critical and manual, due to manual work increase the chances of manual errors. With the EC-DT (EC Distribution Tool) which reduced the human intervention and increased the accuracy level as well as reduced the effort time from 3 days to 15 min.
• Integrity, Automated consolidation of bank statements of various Vendors payment from web portal and upload the downloaded statements in respective integrity database with SSIS and sending payment confirmation to banks and vendors.
• MoM Tool, Every team member needs to report their weekly activity task to his/her line manager. It was a manual email process which taking 3-4 hours to consolidate and report to Manager for this problem statement. MOM is an automated tool which capture respective associate activities on daily basis and report in proper manner and it reduce the error level. (It was selected for initiative Idea).
• Stack Ranking, Automated Data Consolidation, Data modeling and Data load in respective SQL Database with SSIS solutions while loading data in database need to calculate Stack Ranking based on weighted parameters and prepare outlier report from comparison between current and last 2-months stack ranking outliers report.
• Graph Update Utility, Update and refresh all or selected graphs from reporting templates.
• Best Practices Utility, Every report needs to follow redefined rules of data format and structure before publishing report to higher management that we handled with VBA based tool.
• Contact Index, Client required every week status report of supplier base order and enquiry. We need to integrate 3 database data in one database with SSIS we integrated required information from 3 different sources to one database and created Contact Index view report.
• Parts CPI Report, This was the daily published report, while preparing manually it takes 3 hours, after automation it takes 5 min Used technology is VBA.
• Profit Plan calculate tool, Automated process of Data Consolidation, upload consolidated data in SQL database. The relational database should update while make changes in Master PP file.
• Aggregator Project, Automated Data Consolidation, Transformation and Load in SQL SERVER with the help of VBA and SSIS solution. Validation for loaded data and send Statistical report to Management on every Friday. (About Project – 75+ Project Managers must update their Projects Status to higher Level Management on every Friday. All project Managers store their GPSR File (Global PSR Status Report) at SharePoint before end of the last working day of each week. The Aggregator Automation tool will run on Friday night with help of Windows Scheduler and consolidate all GPSR files data in one file that is Aggregator.xls file and the created .xls file load it to SQL database with SSIS Package and Send all Statistical report to Management.) (Project Estimated Time was 6 months but completed in 2 Months).
