Marketed German Real-Estate to German & International clients from India using Students.

Key achievements:

- Marketing German Real-estate to Germans using students who have zero German language knowledge. For this we have developed tools and techniques. (this becomes quite easy now with Translation tools like Google Translate).

- forming, Managing, leading Internationally distributed teams in a Remote Working Environment

- Creating a central knowledge base and making them accessible to the team on a need to know basis

- Created a BI system which analysing the Data collected from different sources and producing meaningful reports for qualitative decision making.

Role played:

- Joined as Manager-Technical Resource Development. In that role I have designed and organized various Skill development/Upskill programs for the Software development Team in order to meet the ever-changing technical skill requirement

- promoted as Resident Manager Europe within 6 months. Went to Germany- Formed and stabilized the company’s German Operations

- took over as Sr. Project Manager, collaborated with various stakeholders, developed project plans and managed & guided the projects from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance.

As a representative of the Franchiser - I was responsible for smooth functioning of 10 Franchise Training Centres located in Tamilnadu & Andhrapradesh . The role involve:

1. Implementing company Policies & all statutory Compliance at all level

2. hiring Trainers, facilitating the training of the Trainers, Motivating them

3. Conducting performance appraisals of the Trainers

4. Conducting Workshops for the Trainers & Students etc.

5. Coordinate with center and placement officer Selection

6. Protecting Student Interest in case of Closure of any Training center.

Started my career as a Trainer- training students in Software coding (Basic,COBOL, C, C++, CLIPPER), Software applications (wordstar, lotus 1-2-3, dbase III plus), System Analysis and Design.
