I have spent around 14 years of my professional life with Seed Infotech in various capacities. Gradually I grown-up from a Coordinator to AVP & Head. I was heading and representing the largest business unit i.e. Software Training and Recruitment Division, of Seed Infotech for around 8 years, at State and National level. The overall revenue pie of this division was approx. 65% in the total business. I was shouldering the responsibility of revenue, profitability, operations, sales, marketing, resource planning, client relations and customer feedback of the business unit.
