contractors for the site day to day operation & maintenance activities

 Planning effective operations & methods of executing preventive maintenance of the electrical systems with
Network of 132 K.V Breakers, 33 K.V VCBs, /L. V Switchgears, Motors both L.T/H. T, Generators,
Transformers, UPS, Battery Systems, Electrical Systems of Air Compressors, & Utilities.
 Handling maintenance of electrical systems of 7 MW, Plant &High Voltage Distribution System.
 Monitoring & managing the team to execute electrical, mechanical and instrumentation in upkeep/upgrading
system. Maintain and Regular testing of fire fighting system (FAS, hydrant/sprinkler/Suppression system)
 Facilitating service management & spare upkeep of minor projects under as per the budgeted cost of the company.
 Carrying out maintenance of energy saving projects in utilities including Cooling Tower Fan Automation/FanPump Energy Consumption reductions, VFD installation, Logic setting in BMS as per Process Requirements
 Facility Management - Provide and manage the Clean room facilities i.e. Vacuum machine, Air showers, Auto &
Manual doors, Lift & EOT etc. Also providing the estate maintenance facilities i.e. pluming, fabrication, civil
work etc.
 Ensuring and maintaining the Class 5000 & 10000 clean room parameter i.e. Temp, RH and particle count as per
SLA
