  • Preparing and updating job descriptions time to time
  • Ensuring the HRIS updating with accurate information like payroll, benefits, time & attendance, leaves management, training, performance management & MIS for the same
  • Handling exit formalities of the employees
  • Scheduling the Monthly Projects Meetings and follow up with Minutes of the Meetings
  • Monitoring Daily and Monthly monitoring aspects checklist of the organization and updating it to the Director
  • Office Administration works: like checking Stock Registers, General Dairy, and Inward, Outward Registers
  • Coordinating with Center in charges about their center status and updates
