• Responsible for AOP/Quarterly/MonthlyWeekly/Daily rolling Production Planning and Control.
• Responsible for Capex rise for Yearly of Moulds/ Machines and other Automation equipments.
• Responsible for Production Plan VS Actual Monitoring.
• Responsible for In House and Outsource Part Costing.
• Responsible for new trails and validation of Materials/Moulds. Increased Overall OEE from an average 62% to an increase of 78% and scrap was reduced from 5% to 2.9% increase company revenue and decrease profit Loss.
• Preparation the MIS of OEE, ME, Raw Material consumption and Scrap generation details and find Out Bottlenecks and resolve with the help of technical tools to achieve the targets as per management decided.
• Work closely with Tool room, Maintenance, R&D and other concern department for current and Future Plan and for target achieve.

• Attending the Process Parameters setup in Machine and Approve the First Part from Quality for Production run Monitoring & optimization of standard cycle time of different running products
• Monitoring the Shifts target of Production/ Rejection and Quality of Product
• Responsible for mould changing & Parameter setting Robots teaching on the machine
• Attending process trouble shooting & quality issues of running products
• Reporting to mould problem & machine problems to respective department and Resolve
• Monitoring of Manpower, Material and all Automation Equipment Successfully Running
• Preparation of Monthly & daily OEE & MIS machine net utilization reports
• Prioritizing the scrap percentage reduction in accordance with the production
