- Majority of assembly lines (65%) were under NSVT (Non-Studied VT). As per LTS remaining assembly lines were converted into SVT (Studied VT) by May'17 by stop watch time study.
- Documentation, VT updating in SAP system as per time study for internal audit.
· Implementation of incentive system in HR core (SAP HR module)
- Earlier PRMS systems were used to monitor & issue incentive to direct workmen. HR core (SAP PH1) was introduced in Sep'13 in all BOSCH units in India (worked for system stabilization and error proof)
- Effective monitoring & issuing of incentive system in SAP was successfully implemented in Naganathapura plant & our plant was the first plant in BOSCH India (RBIN) to introduce HR core in SAP.
· Layout design of manufacturing hangar.
Layout was optimized by consolidating incoming logistics & manufacturing under one roof.
- Incoming logistics was in another building, bought inside manufacturing hangar. Ensured uniform direction flow of material & reduced travelling distance & increase in milk run frequency. Space optimized by 11.5%.
- R&D center was scattered in 3 different locations, so bought all under one roof with better infrastructure & high security & generated space of test benches. Space optimized by 4.5%.
- Twice in a year Layout planning Workshop started to improve the Plant layout planning activities and preparing future ready layout.
· Support for LTS – Provided all technical information w.r.t IE for smooth settlement of Long-Term Settlement of Management with Union.
· NEEM –Trainee scheme – To minimize the Productivity losses due to absenteeism (Permanent technicians) NEEM trainee scheme introduced and monitoring productivity effectively.
