Description : This project is developed for Insurance Australia group limitedis an insurance provider in Australia. This project deals with the company’s customer, policies, Claims. In the life insurance Data warehousing project, data is collected from different locations and convert, extract and cleanse, process and transforming it and loading in to the target databases. We can have the information regarding the number of new customers joined, the percentage of growth of customers and also gives the dropout ratio of customers, polices that are making good business.

Responsibilities:

Data Warehouse designed for the purpose of Sales Analysis that basically helps the decision makers to analyse the sales as Product Wise, Brand Wise, Category Wise, Company Wise, Customer Wise, Supplier Wise, Area Wise, City Wise, State Wise, country wise, Time Wise, etc. and analyse the sales and profit in month wise quarter wise, and year wise.

Client : Charles D. Larus and Herbert C. Larus

Description : Charles D. Larus and Herbert C. Larus purchased the Richmond-based Harris Tobacco Company and founded Larus and Brother Company in 1877. They manufactured pipe and chewing tobacco. In 1882, Herbert Clinton Larus died and William Thomas Reed, his nephew, became the company's partner and general manager. For the rest of its history, the company was led by members of the Reed and Larus families. The company was dissolved on June 10, 1968. Larus Investing Company, a holding company, was established for the tobacco and media businesses. The tobacco subsidiary, Larus and Brother Company, was sold later that year. In 1969, the last media subsidiary was sold. The Virginia Historical Society holds Larus and Brother Company records at the Reynolds Business History Center.
