DSS-MF2C migration in the Walmart project.

• Tools used: UNIX, SQL, BIGQUERY, Google Cloud, Super Putty.

Roles & responsibiles:

• Involved in the migration of inventory documents from different countries to a development.
• Importing data from Teradata in the form of Bigquery.
• Handling multiple ETL tools, building pipelines based on DB2 and Mainframes.
• Involved Developing yamls with specified requirement, Dry run with prod runtime and validating data from dev to prod environment.
• Involved testing also whether it was working fine or not.

BARCLAYS PROJECT

• Monitored IT infrastructure using IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, and created/updated incidents in ServiceNow based on alerts.
• Handled user incidents, one-cert incidents, and job-related incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and resolving L1 issues.
• Escalated critical incidents to L2/L3 teams via serviceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution.
• Prepared daily shift reports, maintained monitoring dashboards, and supported 24*7 producion operations.
• Actively participated in weekend activites /maintenance activities including application health checks, schedulend chages, patching and performance monitoring.
