PROJECT 1 - Digital Remittance System [AGILE]

Project Description:

The purpose of the Digital Remittance System project is to develop a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform that enables individuals and businesses to transfer money across borders quickly and affordably, supporting compliance with global regulatory standards.

Role - BA Responsibilities:

• Interacted with stakeholders and gathered requirements by using various elicitation techniques.
• Create user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria, with the assistance of the Product Owner. Added user stories into the product backlog using the JIRA tool.
• Prioritized and validated the requirement using MoSCoW and FURPS technique, added user stories to sprint backlog based on prioritization order.
• Collaborated with the Product Owner and Scrum Master for BV and CP, and assisted the Product Owner in creating the DOR and DOD checklists.
• Participate in Sprint meetings to remove roadblocks, generate Sprint and Product Burn down/up charts to track project progress. UAT was successfull.

PROJECT 2 - LOAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM [WATERFALL]

Project Description:

To develop a robust system that supports the full loan lifecycle, from application through to repayment. The portal aims to automate the processes for loan application, approval, disbursement, and repayment to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Role - BA Responsibilities:

• Conduct enterprise analysis under Sr. BA, assist in creating a BRD, conduct stakeholder analysis, and prepare RACI matrix.
• Gathered requirements by election technique and prepare BRD, then translate BRD into FRD.
• Collaborate with the tech team to prepare the SRS. Create UML diagrams and wireframes using MS Visio and Axure.
• Create and maintain RTM throughout the project.
• Assist the testing team by preparing test case scenarios and ensuring UAT success.
