FS Preparation as per Ind AS:

• Assisted in the preparation of quarterly standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Schedule III and IND AS, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and providing audit-ready documentation for the external audit.
• Indian GAAP to Ind AS convergence:

(a) Led the first time adoption of Ind AS in accordance with Ind AS 101, including preparation of opening balance sheet as on transition date.

(b) Conducted in-depth technical analysis and mapping of accounting treatment under indian GAAP vs Ind AS, identifying key impact areas across fixed assets(Ind AS 16), Leases(Ind AS 116) and revenue recoginzation(Ind As 115).

(c) Drafted Ind AS notes to accounts, supported audit documentation and created internal SOPs for ongoing reporting.

(d) Examining accounting policies choices and exemptions on first time adoption of Ind AS.

(e) Assisted in preparing of annual Ind AS financial as on transition date and comparative year end.
