Projects
PET bottle buy back scheme in Maharashtra: A Reality Check, This project, under the broad theme of urban governance in Maharashtra focused on the recent plastic ban in the state. It evaluates the ground level realities. Right from assessing the implementation of the law to marking out the challenges being faced and also suggesting some feasible solutions, the project makes an attempt to provide a holistic coverage of the issue. Sustainable Tourism: A road towards a better tomorrow, This research project aimed to evaluate the level of sustainability in the tourism sector with special emphasis on the policies drafted by the central government, since independence. The project concludes by recommending some changes in the current policies and also suggesting some additions.
