  • Offered to inspections as per planned schedule for the quality clearance with proper documentations and complete to dispatch task on time.
  • Fixed pigeon net in entire TT-FG Warehouse to avoid any inspection failure and customer complaints. Also we have saved cost of carton and rework due to bird bit/damaged cartons.
  • Worked hand in hand with Logistics and PPC Team to streamline the containers call as per shift wise loading capacity.
  • Export TAT improved from 41 Hrs. to 3.5 Hrs., Achieved 100% OTIF and nullified detention charges of export containers and could able to dispatch on time also Maintain the average of TAT related to Export containers dock to dock less than 02 hour and overall less than 08 hours.
