  • • Oversees the management of each Clinic to assure that it is operating within the state regulatory guidelines and meets UrgentMED Standards (including personally inspecting all standards in clinics at least once annually).
  • • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine clinic progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • • Makes site visits to each clinic as needed. Performs walk-through of clinic and grounds to assure that the clinic presents in the best light possible and to interact with patients, staff, and providers to promote customer satisfaction.
  • • Review operational reports and responds in real time as needed. Ensures Regional Managers understand how to read and effectively respond to reporting packages.
  • • Partner with Finance in yearly budget preparation.
  • • Provides assigned management reports to keep COO informed of pending issues.
  • • Cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
