- • Makes site visits to each clinic as needed. Performs walk-through of clinic and grounds to assure that the clinic presents in the best light possible and to interact with patients, staff, and providers to promote customer satisfaction.
- • Review operational reports and responds in real time as needed. Ensures Regional Managers understand how to read and effectively respond to reporting packages.
- • Partner with Finance in yearly budget preparation.
