• SAP Ariba & BTP Implementation, as a SPOC for sourcing successfully digitized and transformed procurement operations by integrating SAP Ariba for process automation, supplier collaboration, and strategic sourcing
• Vendor-to-Value Partner Transformation, pioneered a paradigm shift in vendor management by transforming suppliers into strategic value partners
• Architected a vendor engagement framework that enhanced performance by 25%, in collaboration with Lloyd's Register
• TOC-Based Inventory Optimization, as a SPOC for sourcing and in collaboration with Vector consulting transformed and deployed a Theory of Constraints (TOC) inventory model to optimize raw material supply chain and working capital
