• Handled Manpower Access control for 6-8K employees, conducted Mock drills &Trainings for people development.

THERMAL POWER PLANT (2400 MW)

OIL & GAS (MIDSTREAM):

• Managed physical security of Oil & Gas pipeline & AGIs (above ground installations) through strategic and contingency deployments, PIDS.

• Evaluated Stop Loss Prevention process improvement by recommending mitigation methods and optimization of affected areas.

LOGISTICS/SUPPLY CHAIN:

• As a Logistics Officer, oversaw the supply chain & inventory management for 650 plus men.
• Successfully monitored and executed the tedious bureaucratic process of transfer of Land and related logistical support from Uttarakhand Govt to the Army and met the Project deadline.
• Facilitated VVIP visits at the highest Golf Course of the world, YEPTA.
• Spearheaded Logistics, Warehousing and Safe Transportation of critical stores/supplies worth approx. 1000 crores including last mile delivery to inhospitable forward locations.
• Managed Outbound and Inbound logistic requirements in base location including air operations.
