- 1. Campus & Facilities Management
- Operational Oversight: Conducted comprehensive campus inspections 3-4 times daily to ensure the maintenance of operational standards across all facilities.
- Maintenance & Repair Coordination: Managed facility repairs and coordinated maintenance activities campus-wide based on teacher requests. Maintained detailed records of all repair requests.

Managed the functioning and maintenance of the generator. Oversaw campus internet functionality and liaised with service providers (Airtel or BSNL) as needed.

- Department Management: Oversaw all school transportation department operations and coordination.
- Vehicle & Fleet Management: Managed fuel procurement, ensuring vehicles were properly maintained with adequate diesel supply. Tracked the mileage and kilometers run by the bus fleet.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensured all RTO permits were obtained and that all 8 bus drivers held valid licenses and required papers.
- Staff Oversight: Managed the conduct, attendance, and leave approval of the 8 bus drivers.
- Scheduling: Coordinated transportation schedules and addressed logistics-related issues. Arranged transport for visiting guests, faculty, competitions, and school trips.
- Safety & Communication: Coordinated with the person issuing outpasses to inform the bus driver/conductor when a student left early and would not require bus service.
- 3. Administrative, Compliance & Staff Management
- Government Liaison & Compliance: Managed relationships with and ensured compliance matters were handled with government officials, including BEO, EPF, ESI, and RTO. Handled regulatory compliance and government liaison responsibilities as required by school management.
- Documentation: Maintained official documentation and correspondence with external agencies.
- Vendor Coordination: Managed relationships with external contractors and service providers. Coordinated with security guards to ensure campus safety protocols were maintained.
- Support Staff Management: Oversaw the attendance and leave approval of the helping staff. Supervised and coordinated with the nurse regarding health and medical services.
- Procurement Process: Followed a formal procurement process (request via email, prior approval with quotes, management approval) for non-emergency maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, grounds, furniture).
- Emergency Response: Initiated the emergency process to compromise safety and security of students, handling situations like severe rain damage, structural damage, electrical hazards, vehicle breakdown, or medical emergencies.
