Aftersales is the major department under BMW where all the service, warranty, and Aftersales solutions are provided.

Executive Summary, BPS Growth Loss, List View, WIMS, Maintenance Plan Take Rate, Target Tracking Summary, Simulation, MTT, ISR.

Duties and tasks:

• Led Tableau team of 3, managing tasks and resolving issues while guiding best practices.
• Conducted requirement analysis for dashboards, exploring logic, source data, and feasible solutions.
