The business of this division is to process loan application from potential clients/customers, evaluate their eligibility, approve them, and maintain the loans till they are closed., Loan Management System (LMS): This module helps in taking Customer Reference Number from LOS and processes disbursal, repayments, varies transactions and passes the respective accounting entries., Collections: This module helps in managing the Delinquent Customer by Portfolio Segmentation, Allocation, follow-up and tracking it till closure., Requirement Analysis and Understanding: Analyze and understand requirement specifications., Participate in requirement walkthrough meetings and provide suggestions for new requirements., Functional and System Integration Testing: Perform functional testing to ensure that the application meets the specified requirements. Execute system integration testing to validate end-to-end functionality and interaction between different components., Manual Testing and Defect Management: Conduct manual testing for various modules, ensuring thorough coverage of test cases. Identify, document, and report defects using Jira or other defect tracking tools. Perform root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues., Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with the scrum team for detailed analysis of requirements and impact analysis.
