Joined Reliance Life through campus placement as a Management Trainee in June 2008 and advanced rapidly through internal promotions to Training Manager (April 2009–May 2011). I later transitioned into core HR leadership roles as Assistant HR Manager, culminating in my final designation as Deputy Manager – Human Resources until January 2016.
