Accepts field-failure times and instantly computes sample size, test duration, confidence C, and demonstrated reliability R(t) using the cumulative binomial law. Handles both non-parametric (distribution-free) and parametric Weibull extensions (user-selectable β, lifetime ratio, acceleration factor). Iterates across candidate plans, flags over-/under-testing, and recommends the minimum-cost plan that still meets reliability & confidence targets. Auto-generates plots of confidence curves, safety-factor impacts, and what-if dashboards that translate heavy stats into clear engineering decisions. Includes annotated code walk-throughs, illustrating each equation step-evidence of my ability to teach algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics concepts in plain language.
  • Warranty Return Prediction Tool: Built an end-to-end app that forecasts warranty returns. Ingests field-failure data and fits 2- and 3-parameter Weibull models, using a hybrid R² + maximum-likelihood estimator to determine η, β, γ.
