- Conducted rotor overspeed assessments and executed fatigue simulations using Ansys nCode.
- Vibration condition monitoring on motors was done.
- Acquired knowledge on the sources and reduction methods of electromagnetic noise in PMSM motors.
- Conducted acoustics analysis of electromagnetic noise using ANSYS Workbench across multiphysics modules.
- Implemented sinusoidal vibration resistance analysis of motor using modal superposition.
- Conducted random vibration analysis of motor using MSUP method in ANSYS Workbench.
- Conducted shock analysis of motor using MSUP and transient structural analysis in Ansys Workbench.
- Estimated motor vibration induced by electromagnetic forces using modal decomposition method.
- Conducted experimental modal analysis on stator stack to determine orthotropic properties of stator assembly.
- Performed mechanical design for axial flux motor.
- Designed 60 kW radial flux PMSM specific to traction motor applications.

- Thermal analysis of the motor in MotorCAD.
