Experience in Quasi-static Load Cases: Defense light armored vehicle Roof Crush analysis (FMVSS- 216) and SDI (FMVSS214),Simulation of Bus SUPD (IS 14682:2004), Sleeper coach berth strength and restraint system analysis (AIS119). Experience in Automotive Seating Domains: Bus seat H1/H2 Strength Test (AIS-023), Seat belt anchorages analysis (ECER14 or FMVSS207/210), Luggage retention (ECE-R17), Seat back strength (AIS016). Child Restraint Test Forward Lateral as per FMVSS 225. Participate in the design review meetings; support the designers with the design direction for structural improvements. Good Knowledge in LS Dyna, Hypermesh, ANSA and Hyperview. Communicating with customer for report discussion and design modification. Project estimation, Team management and guiding team members to execute projects properly.
