Malvika Gangadharan

Interacting with individuals from all areas of society and culture has always piqued my interest as a psychology graduate. It aided my development as a person who is accessible, empathic, and sensitive. An ultimate aim would be to find myself working towards the development of my own skills and put them to use for society. I hope to fulfill the above-mentioned statement by garnering experiences in different work fields, meeting people from different backgrounds, and discovering new things around me.

• Student Fellow Certification from Thrive Foundation - Prepared and delivered lectures on diverse topics related to Social and Emotional learning.
• Conducted workshops for the Under 16 Leeds Rhinos Netball Team and practiced continuous professional development.
• Represented the state and university basketball team multiple times.
• Freelance Model - Built professional, lasting relationships collaborating with brands whilst modelling for them.
• OISCA International (Joint Secretary) - Forged positive relations with official bodies for increased collaboration opportunities and allocated and delegated duties to staff to meet strategic and operational aims and objectives.
• Art Director (Freelance) - Developed artistic visual products while working within defined technical constraints.
