- Resolving the discrepancy within the pay date
- Creation and updating of Corporate action dairy
- Daily chasing for unsolved discrepancy

- Set the Limit again SBLC and BG
- Setting limit against credit limit of for the client
- Experience physical currency limit set up in IFCN
- Complete responsibility for doing MIS/reconciliation of physical currency in EOD
- Experience to update the EUC for the client in half year (financial year) basis
- Preparing credit risk performance checking report for all the client
- Preparing credit risk performance checking report as per banking policy/RBI guideline
- Tracking the open deviation and close within the stipulated timeline.
- Check queue and assign the requests for concerned team accordingly
- Prepare incident tracker on monthly basis, where we can view entire team error for the weak
- Experience in online SR processing in FCRM
