• Assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Pack, Annual Plan and Group Head MBO reviews.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting including preparation of variance analysis and reporting in to the financial models.

• Inter company reconciliation on monthly basis and generate Inter company balance report. Responsible for month close activities like passing of month close entries, Trade accruals, Non trade accruals, Prepaid expenses, End of service benefit calculation and rechargeable entries.
• Computation of VAT working for all the entities and share it with Tax team.
• Preparation of billing revenue report and include detailed working for unbilled revenue and create template for uploading on monthly basis.
• Updating close check list preparation and submission of close pack on monthly basis.

• Managing and reviewing end-to-end operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR). Assisting in process mapping, resolving vendor queries and customer issues related to AP and AR ageing. Involved in monthly close process, creation of checklist, calendars, and leading close call with clients.
• Review Financial statements (P&L Account, Balance Sheet & Cash flow statements) and MIS reporting, preparation of close pack and board deck. Reviewing payroll operations. Provides position level support of all assigned processes,i.e. monthly financial close, account reconciliation, journal, balance sheet reconciliation.
• Involved in transition process such as clean-up of client's accounts, building chart of accounts, building close pack and handing over clients to delivery team. Manage closing of accounts as per schedule. Manage regulatory and other compliances and ensuring that all statutes and laws and adhered to without exception Compare budget on monthly basis with actual expenses and analyzing reasons for variance.
• Management and reporting of working capital and funds status on periodic basis. Review financial statements prepared on periodic basis. Managing activities such as budgeting, scheduling, billing and client communication.
• Performance evaluation and provide constructive feedback to staff members. Includes preparation of Quarterly Product P&L package and analysis. Support monthly Actual vs. Forecast reporting and commentary for Bookings, Billings and standard margins.
• Consolidation and presentation of Quarterly Guidance forecast as well monthly Risk and Ops updates.
• Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.

Handled closure of books of accounts for several clients. Review of books of accounts and passing of journal entries of SMEs.

• Involved in VAT computation of clients in Australia and South Korea. Assisted in the preparation of cash flow statements, analysis and validation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handled EY audit queries of clients across South Korea, Japan and Australia. Plan and schedule audit programs.

Ensure completion of audits on time. Review and assess completion of audits. Coordinate with clients about auditing practices. Train and mentor audit assistants and other audit staff.

Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements. Initiate internal audit controls for effective financial management.
