I worked with the SunLife Innovation Hub on POCs.
- I worked on a POC for the Indonesia call center to create a chatbot that worked on the documents to which the contact center agents refer while interacting with the clients. The chatbot makes client interactions more streamlined, faster and accurate. The chatbot can use multiple languages, specifically, Bahasa and English to answer user prompts.
