Client - NewYork-Presbyterian :

• Patient Experience Accelerator app helps Hospital agents to book, reschedule, cancel appointments along with facilities to refer other patients, allowing agents to pause these appointments with partially filled data and even resume them to move further with the process. Also worked on Integration using Rest API to call external systems and get the data and process it.
• Using LWC we created a dynamic functionality by using custom metadata such that we could display new fields by creating a custom metadata record and also doing dynamic validations for all the fields. Earlier functionality was built using Aura
• Experience working on Aura, LWC, Apex, Flows,Platform events, app development, test classes,Data Migration(Data Loader,Workbench),Asynchronous Apex (batch class and scheduleable), worked on Org refresh activities and JS Debugging.
• Worked on profiles, permission sets, custom labels and some admin parts.

• Led Salesforce development for a leading Australia based Broadband Company, created custom Foxtel sales app to improve business processes and automation using Salesforce Implementation.

• Managed SFDC configuration tasks such as handling profiles, roles, users, security controls, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and approvals.

• Excelled in SFDC Development using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOSL, SOQL, Apex Test Classes, Batch Classes, Rest API’s and Deployment processes. streamlining salesforce apex code quality, enforcing best practices, and maintaining consistency across the Apex codebase.
