• Got a chance to know about virtual agents and work on it. Developed and maintained virtual agents in ServiceNow to help automate customer support and resolve common issues. Designed and implemented conversational flows, allowing users to get answers or solutions without needing human assistance. Worked closely with teams to improve chatbot accuracy and efficiency, reducing the time it takes to resolve user enquiries. Integrated Virtual Agent with various ServiceNow modules, like Incident Management, to improve overall delivery service. Enhanced user experience by analysing chatbot conversations and adjusting based on feedback. Trained the Virtual Agent to understand and respond to a variety of customer questions, improving self-service options.
