Summary

I hail from an educated family. I completed graduation in commerce in the year 2006. I started my career at State Bank of India in the year 2010. I worked as customer associate (sales & support) from the year 2010 to 2016. In the year 2016 I was promoted as Trainee Officer(Assistant Manager) after qualification in promotion examination and personal interview .

I have undergone two years training at two branches. In the year 2018 , based on my performance in confirmation test and personal interview , i have been promoted as deputy manager . From the year 2018 till now i was posted in diverse assignments as Credit support Officer, Relationship Manager(SME) and Branch Head in three different branches . In the year 2022 I was promoted as Manager. At present I am working as branch head of an Agricultural Commerical branch.

Worked as Customer Associate (Sales & Support) at Guntakal main branch (Anantapur district) , Ongole town branch (Prakasam district) , Ravulapalem and Kothapeta (East Godavari) from 2010 to 2016

Job description

  • Processing of receipts and payments from customer over counter
  • Taking care of transfer transactions , RTGS/NEFT, drafts issue , issue of cheque books, processing stop payment requests etc.
