Project :- Ellucian Engagement – ABAP Consultant (S/4 HANA Public Cloud)

Tenure: August 2025 - January 2026.

• Worked extensively on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using ABAP on Cloud principles, and clean core extensibility.
• Designed and developed RAP-based applications (managed and unmanaged scenarios) for custom business requirements.
• Developed RAP-based custom entities to expose data not directly backed by database tables.
• Built web-based APIs using RAP OData V4 services, enabling external system integration.
• Collaborated closely with the Integration (CPI) team to expose secure APIs, which were consumed by SAP CPI for performing CRUD operations.

Project :- SYLVAMO Engagement – ABAP Consultant (Coupa Integration)

Tenure: September 2024 - July 2025.

• Roles and Responsibilities.
• Worked on end-to-end integration between SAP S/4HANA and Coupa for Purchase Order (PO) inbound and outbound scenarios.
• Designed and developed outbound PO integration using OData services to transmit PO data from SAP to Coupa in real time.
• Implemented Inbound PO integration using SAP Proxy (SOAP-based web services) to receive PO updates, acknowledgements, and changes from Coupa into SAP.
• Developed and enhanced ABAP Proxy classes (Consumer and Provider) for seamless message exchange with Coupa.
• Handled data mapping, transformation, and validation between SAP PO structures and Coupa payloads (JSON/XML).
• Implemented error handling, logging, and reprocessing mechanisms using application logs (SLG1) for integration failures.
• Performed end-to-end testing of PO creation, change, cancellation, and acknowledgment flows across SAP and Coupa systems.

• Project 1 :- Celanese Phase 1 - Brownfield Migration Project
• Celanese S4 Selective Transformation Phase 1 – S4 HANA Brownfield Migration. This is a specially materials and chemical products company. ·
• Tenure - Jan 2022 to June 2023
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze all the objects (enhancement, program, BDC, FM, class, smart form etc.) Which needs to be remediated in S4 system from ECC. Remediate all the CDS view objects for S4 adaptation. Completed Almost 90% testing (TUT) for all remediated objects (medium to complex priority).
• Implemented a new report for manual accruals, which is to display line items in the accrual engine. Also, built an interactive ALV output where it will redirect to a different T-CODE and show accounting and cumulative document numbers for a specific accrual object.
• Configure and deploy all the necessary Standard Fiori Applications for all the Process area from scratch. Worked closely with the functional, security, and Basis Team for defect fixes and dumps.
• Create a MY-INBOX Fiori Application from scratch for Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, and Contract. Troubleshoot, debug the ABAP as well as Fiori objects, and fix the issues during SIT phases.
• Worked on the Complex CDS Views, OData, and AMDP Class in the S/4 Environment. Worked on BOPF Object for Sales Order Custom Cockpit to achieve CRUD Operation in Fiori application. Also, a part of many Cutover Activities, which were performed before Every Testing Phase. Provided active support during go-live and provided hypercare support for ABAP, as well as on Fiori objects. Also, provide KT to the client for the development of custom objects for ABAP, as well as for Fiori.
• Project 2 :- Celanese Phase 2 - M&M Integration Project
• Celanese S4 M&M Integration Phase 2 – S4 HANA Greenfield Migration. This is a specially materials and chemical products company. ·
• Tenure: June 2023 to Feb 2024
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assigned as a Key Resource to work independently on the most complex India Localization object for E-Invoice & E-way Bill Generation involving OTC, FIN, P2P, and TAX Teams, which consists of Enhancements, Reports, as well as Interface.
• Develop two Complex Conversion Report for the Certificate profile (QC01) & Certificate profile Mat Assignment (QC15) T code to upload the bulk records. Develop a Function Module to Determine the GLM Template Label in Multiple Languages for EHS Module. Also worked on the Data Migration Fiori Application.
• Worked on the Complex Enhancement to determine Minimum Lead time Violation in the Sales Order Transaction. Worked on the Smartforms and Script Objects for the Manufacturing and SD Module.
• Took initiative and owned the cutover activities during each lifecycle phase of the project. Imparting technical KT to the client for custom-developed objects. Helped other junior team members to complete all the respective objects. Troubleshoot, debug the custom and standard program, and fix the issue during SIT phases.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting, also provide KT for the newly developed Custom Object to Client.
• Project 3 :- Fluence Energy Thunderbolt Project
• Fluence Energy Thunderbolt Project - S4 HANA Greenfield Migration. This is an energy-based industry project. ·
• In this project, we follow the Clean Core Approach to meet the business requirement.
• Tenure: Feb 2024 to August 2024.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop a RAP-Based List Report to view the AP and AR Exchange rate, which provides more insights into each financial transaction, enabling more efficient and accurate financial analysis.
• Worked on the GI/GR Forms, which is a fragmented O-Data Adobe Forms.
• Worked on the In-App Extensibility, which includes app-like maintenance of form templates for fragment-based Adobe forms. Edited custom fields to extend SAP database tables, CDS views, and OData APIs.
• Also worked on the web-based Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or SAP Web IDE to deploy SAP Fiori application.
