Role Purpose – The purpose of the role is to develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the lateral hiring requirements of the business group in compliance with ANSR recruiting policies and standards and to ensure positive employer brand experience for the candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Front ending GCC hiring initiatives.
- Understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements across the levels -volume vs niche (ref- PMO sheet)
- Develop and deploy Recruitment Plans as per business requirement.
- Forecast Talent requirements as per current and future business needs.
- Allocate and monitor Recruitment targets to the recruiters.
- Design the functional roadmap and milestones including daily interviews/ weekly interviews/ drive plans to meet hiring numbers and obtain Business buy-in on the plan.
- Maintain the plan by keeping it updated and incorporate new requirements or changes in the talent projections by the business.
- Review Team Dashboards daily and conduct regular cadence to monitor Recruiter activities and progress towards achieving Targets within committed expected fulfillment dates.
- Train and guide the Recruiters on functional understanding of the set Recruitment processes and tools to ensure 100%compliance on the Recruitment activities.
- Set up checks and balances in place for the team and conduct regular reviews to ensure reliability, quality and integrity of Recruitment data in the system (ref- open demand and candidate sheet)
- Publish Recruitment MIS and conduct periodically meetings with the Hiring Managers/ POD Leaders/ Sourcing Team/ Client Partners to showcase on the progress, risks and issues and seek help if required.
- Conducted fitment discussions with the candidates.
- Rigorously monitor hiring initiation to offer release time and ensure closure as per agreed timelines.
- Review and approve the fitment and ensure Hiring is as per business salary range.
- Support Recruiters to resolve candidate concerns and manage candidate escalations to turnaround any slightest negative experience.
- Weekly review with the Background Team to check and identify any issues with compliance or Lead time and working to fix the issues accordingly.
- Conduct candidate connect and pre-hiring engagement activities to ensure healthy joining ratio.
