A Study on Employee Retention, This study attempts to determine employees' retention in Tech Mahindra BPO in Hyderabad. It is designed to explore the main retention factors for Tech Mahindra BPO employees. This study was conducted to understand employee satisfaction. Research methodology: Statistical tools used for the project include simple percentage analysis and Likert scale analysis. The project provided knowledge that the company should provide better motivation to the employees, which improves employee satisfaction. A good relationship needs to be maintained with the employee to improve production. There were many aspects in the company development, including infrastructure facilities, promotion opportunities, and other benefits provided to the employees.
