Responsibilities:

· As a recruiter involved in creating and managing a candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills.

· Effectively negotiation of rates with the consultants and third-party vendors on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2.

· Working with the different technologies such as salesforce, Java, .Net, DevOps, Big Data, Data Scientist, Mainframe.

· Posting requirements in online job portals for attracting the qualified candidates.

· Sorting through multiple of resumes to find just the right person.

· Communicating with the candidate regards to the availability for contract, rate and relocation preference.

· Maintaining good relationship with Recruitment partner and consultant through the process.

· Working with different Visa-terms like H1B, GC-EAD, GC, USC and with different tax terms like C2C, C2H, 1099 and W2.
