• Successfully managed and executed 3 multi-million dollar projects with full ownership, while also providing support to more than 10 Client’s projects in the OTR phase of the project
• Acted as primary technical interface for cross-functional teams consisting of manufacturing, application, compliance/certification, sales, buyers, project management and I&C
• Supported on Customer Order Product Configuration(PC) and Unit BOM releases for over 8 projects within the required timeline
• Implemented 100+ unit change orders in PLM based on various factors like NPI/DTO changes, supply chain driven changes, inventory management changes and more
• Coordinated over 35 customer-specific requirements by collaborating with cross functional teams and driving them to deliver by providing the necessary inputs
• Continuously enabled the engineering team to offer prompt technical assistance for all customer inquiries, including reviewing customer specifications and site data
• Facilitated the provision of relevant ETCs, TILs and I&C documents to the site team before the commencement of installation and commissioning of the project
• Consistently achieved 100% quality in the Unit BOM for all projects owned and supported, resulting in 60% reduction in site retrofits.
• Automated UCO service template creation using Excel VBA, which achieved 70% decrease in man hours.
