• Implemented mobility platform for pickup & delivery for express business giving 100% visibility of consignments across network.
• Implemented Track & Trace platform for transportation business using Cell Triangulation technology. Ensured visibility of consignments with 90%-92% platform adoption.
• Successful execution of High-Speed Cross Belt Unit Sorter, Print & Apply & Carton Sorter in one of the mother distribution center for Fashion & Lifestyle business along with its complex integration with WMS. The project was executed in record time of 13 months. Productivity and efficiency improved giving 99.9% accuracy in sortation.
• Implemented voice-based picking in one of the mother distribution center for Fashion & Lifestyle business along with its complex integration with WMS. The technology was adopted after a well-structured proof of concept and gave 25% productivity improvement.
• Implemented enterprise integration platform INFOR OS with standard API’s /web services to facilitate integration with customers ERP systems, 8+ new customers on-boarded on this platform in six months with first customer going live in 45 days.
• Designed a multi-year IT strategy, aligned with organization vision to have a competitive edge. As a part of this strategy, projects to build new platforms to digitize manual processes, upgrade of systems, adoption of Analytics strategy, vendor realignment, improvising the IT operations,
