Genpact, DITP, Shastri Park, While daytime transport facility was been closed, I worked closely with the team to reduce running kilometers and we were able maintain 65% Back to back during night operations. I also addressed vendor issues regarding business distribution and the lowering sizes of the cab fleet in DITP. We set up Transport in Noida SEZ for New business as well as for the business transitioned from DITP. I also kept a track over the VU % within the target kilometers.
Noida SEZ, Worked hard & setup transport operations in Noida for the new process as well as the process moved from DITP. Worked closely with the team to get a Good VU % for Noida & was able to run the operations within the target kilometers. Arranged Suraksha Training program at Genpact Noida Site for the drivers. Made sure all the new drivers should get trained. Worked to make sure 100% cabs are GPS enabled at Noida. Replace cabs with buses to ferry the employees from Metro station to Noida SEZ and vice versa. Prepared B2B shuttle route from Metro station to Noida SEZ to & fro. It ended up saving the cost of one bus.
Worked on the amount spent on various taxes (MCD Tax, DND Toll) Was able to reduce the amount of MCD Toll, DND Tag. Cost Saving of 6,12,000/- per annum.
Proposed to merge 1600hrs shift with 1645hrs shift, Proved & presented that it does not affect the business requirement. Cost Saving INR 5,76,000/-Per annum
