Due to resignation from the Plant Manager ,I was given 20 days time to handle the plant (manufacturing of hand tools i.e. spanners ), I efficiently handled the plant which encouraged the management to promote me to the post of Plant Manager from the post of Accountant.
The tasks handled by me are as follows :
a. Machinery inspection reports from the supervisors on daily basis so that the production loss could not occur due to routine
faults in the machines involved in production.
b. Raw Material, consumables items, availability reports in advance for 20 days as per sales order/ delivery schedules.
c. Engaging with the supervisors and employees on daily basis for efficient productions of goods and their timely deliveries.
d. Routine meetings with the suppliers and the costumers for the products procured and supplied to them i.e. product quality and if any specification changes required.
e. Maintaining a good relation between the management and the employees for efficient woking of the plant and achieving the targets and goals objectified by the management.
f. Looking after all the accounts, payroll, banking, GST returns and other related official works and dealing with the government departments i.e. Electricity Board, Pollution Control Board and GST department.
g. Forecasted future production needs accurately, allowing for strategic decision-making regarding staffing levels, equipment investments, and inventory management.
h. Reduced costs by eliminating materials waste and unnecessary labor hours.
i. Boosted employee morale and productivity through effective leadership and motivational techniques.
j. Enhanced safety standards with implementation of comprehensive safety training initiatives for all employees.
k. Balanced labor needs with production schedules to optimize workforce utilization while maintaining output targets.

Looking after : All account books i.e .Sale, Purchase, Journal, Bank. Independently maintaining the books, routine banking, dealing with the sales tax, excise department.

In Hockey I play as a Left Out in Forward Line. I have played for my school team.
